THC all systems a NO GO

So I have finally got my VIM hooked up . Divided voltage in and out now im having what seems to be a driver issue. Fire Control does not see THC at all. So much for automatic right , Device Manager says serial port device driver unavailable. all available troubleshoots say Firecontrol should automatically connect . Oh BTW running Windows 10. Please help . Did I miss a step?

Download and install the driver from here Downloads | Langmuir Systems

It doesn’t seem to install automatically for most Windows 10 users.
