I wasn’t sure about handwriting fonts like Tahoma. I hoped that the plasma cutter would have no trouble with the complicated outlines. So, I tried it and it worked great. No issues in Fusion and it cut great.

I used a font from a set of stencil fonts someone posted on here a week or so ago, the font was named cnc-awery. (The cnc part of the name was added by the person who put the set together in order to keep all the stencil fonts grouped together) Really nice looking without being an obvious stencil.
