Table wont move

I had a crash a few weeks ago before quitting thought i had it all fixed since it seemed to run fine before shutting down for the day, but go to start today and it hasnt moved in two hours and i dont see whats loose or shorting to keep all 3 axis stopped.
I can hand rotate no problems but its not reading it in firecontrol.
Ive had problems in the past with loose wires randomly and they seem fine
Now motherboard lights wont come on. Traced y axis to vcc/grd outlet before lights went out on motherboard

Any advice would help

Check the voltage at the power supply. It should be 36 volts DC.
Adjusting power supply voltage.pdf (1.8 MB)
There may be enough voltage to turn the LED on the board on but not control the stepper motors.
They go bad all the time—$ 30 on Amazon. You need the same one if it is no good (360 watts.)
The larger version won’t fit inside the Langmuir controller box.

Ill give it a try thanks

Didnt seem to be the power supply

Have you tried a different USB port on your computer? Have you tried a different computer yet?
I could be a bad control board. But I would try a different computer first.

Did you get 36 VDC?

What do you mean ‘Hand Rotate’? Can you turn the Lead Screw couplers by hand? You should NOT be able to do this with power applied. The steppers are too strrong.

My thoughts exactly. That’s why I asked him to check the power supply.

Yeah, but OP’s last answer doesn’t jive with ‘hand rotating’ so need a clarification on that. If he CAN rotate the coupler AND there is 36 volts at the power supply, then there is a disconnect to the Stepper drivers.
