Table stopped working

Worked flawlessly until today, Moved the torch out of the way to load a sheet, hasn’t moved since.
All connections are good, reinstalled fire control, re-booted laptop, new interface cable, even opened the control box and it is communicating with fire control. no pinched wires from top to bottom, have orders to fill. please help…

How about some more info?

Sounds like its probably a bad DC power supply.

Open the electronics enclosure and test the voltage at the DC + and - terminals. Crossfire Pro needs 36v DC to work.

The power supply is the silver box with holes in it.

Wow, given the paucity of information that is quite a leap! But, you’re probably right…

I’ll throw out a simple solution that got me before: dead batteries in my wireless keyboard.

Power supply was my first thought as well.

If the board is connected to Firecontrol, the power supply is the only thing that will cause no movement from the table. A bad motion control board will cause some erratic behavior, but usually not a total loss of movement.

How about a tripped E-stop?

I’m not aware of any e stop on the Crossfire Pro.

i’ve had mine stop moving the cut head a few times when i didn’t properly “home” the machine. the limit switches were the issue. i reached in with a small screwdriver to hold the limit switches open in the full stop position- you will just hear the microswitches click, but don’t push so hard you bend the little arms on the limit switches- then i was able to get the head to move away from the full home position and resume all normal functions.
