You need at least 90 minimum inlet for most plasmas. I have 100 coming into my hypertherm.
Most plasmas require 65 just to initiate arc.

ill raise it up and see if it makes it better, i get pretty clean cuts where im at at the moment but ill bring it up to 100 and see if it improves the cut. and ill try to cut when the compressor kicks in at the higher rate and see if that helps. thatd be killer if so

You won’t see any difference in cut quality most plasmas have a internal regulator. You starve it for air with low inlet.
My plasma has 100 inlet the internal regulator cuts it back to 78

turned it up to 110 and it hasnt blanked out since
