Hey guys selling some spring loaded sharpie marker holders that work great on the CrossFire and CrossFire PRO with the z-axis upgrade kit. Here is the link to the Etsy page, they are currently only $34.99 (Hand and Machine Torch Versions)

This is exactly what I was looking for! I have tried to get a sharpie to work however it just drags it across the surface and you get lines everywhere! I just purchased one of these from your Etsy shop. Does it give instructions on how to make the Z access go up and down If there is no current coming through the sharpie?

Below is a photo taken yesterday of a layout that I did with a sharpie, as I said lines are everywhere, your set up is much better!

You have to increase the Z raise height when you post process, and or turn off the keep nozzle down option.

I run it like a normal cut program but you need to ensure that the torch and THC are both OFF. It’ll then use the IHS function to step through each cut out like you’re running the program since IHS is just detecting the force as it plunges.

I usually create a new tool and use the following settings.

Feed Rate - 280 IPM
Pierce Delay - 0s
Pierce Height - 0.125"
Cut Height - 0.125"
Plunge Rate - 100 IPM
Lead In - None
Lead Out - None
Torch and THC - OFF

Those look like Sheetcam settings.

Not sure where you dictate the Z raise height there, but that looks like the problem he is having, coupled with the height he has the pen set at.
