I am running the break-in program but the spindle won’t rotate nor make any sound. It seems like nothing is happening. I triple-checked that everything is connected and turned on, also the spindle is green in the cut control program. Am I missing something?

Welcome to the forum. Your question might be better suited for Langmuir tech support since you have already verified all connections and power is being supplied to everything. Have you tried to manually start the spindle in cut control? Just in case something in the program download for the break in got corrupted.
I know you said everything is connected but is there a chance you dont have your 220V power also hooked up to the control box? Or maybe your 220V breaker is tripped or shut off/
