SolidWorks CAM & MR1

Hi, im complety new in CNC machining and im beeing reading this forum, but theres an issue i still cant solve.
I cant cut circular pockets, cut control software gives me this error.

How can i solve it, wich is the correct Gcode in Cut control?
I hope you can help me guys.

What post processor are you using because the Langmuir mr1 post they have on their site puts out code that doesnt use the N line numbers beginning when using solidworks. Here have an example of a circular pocket from a .25 endmill I just made that worked on my machine here.

.25 endmill 2 thou under 009054.txt (6.0 KB)

I was using M3AXIS-TUTORIAL, but now i download the Langmuir post procesor and select it, like this.

Is this correct?

Yep!
Give it a try in post process and see what you get.

If theres a few more tips I can give for someone just starting in solidworks for this CAM like I did a month ago I highly suggest you download some Manufacturer cheat sheets for speeds and feeds for the different metals and endmill coatings. CGS TOOL and 6GTool and Harvey tool all have some free reference documents on their sites. And the Technology Database used for setting up your toolcrib and tool parameters is going to be pretty important to not get frustrated by all the extra variables you might have to change for each toolpath. I find myself making all the setups features and toolpaths myself to use the tools i want. Mostly using the 1/2 endmill because bigger = more ridgid = better finishes on parts!

Good Luck and Have some Fun!
