Whipped it up this morning. If I go the toolbox direction I’ll definitely post the cad files, f3d ,everything.
Cool! I have so much to learn about press brake projects. I have an XR, so it’ll be a great combo for fabrication. Are you on Instagram? I’m at @nicecustomgoods on IG.
Love that. Only you Tin.
Hello recently received my press brake, just now getting around to it, I’m trying to do my first bend with the 4 way die .630 and gooseneck 88, bending 16 gauge stainless to 90 degrees. When I jog the machine to clamp my work piece it sends off MAX TONNAGE ERROR (Alarm code 11) what would cause this, the machine then requires me to home. I have not changed any settings just put in all my material data and the punch and dies I’m using. Thanks
The machine should not be clamping during the jog step using the palm switches. The clamping procedure should be done with the foot pedal. The height calibration is likely out of place. Bring your ram down to Y= -3.000" in the manual movement tab, then go to the settings tab.
Measure the distance from the top of the table to the bottom of the ram, then add 3" to that value, and input that result into the ‘ram-to-table opening distance’ entry in the settings tab. Then run your bend again, you should get a better result.
Thankyou Sam, that worked, I do have one more problem occurring, my foot pedal seems to be intermittent with when the green light pops on screen. If I push all the way down it will go into red, i have to hold it at a very specific point to get the green light to hold for 3 seconds and finish the bend. More often then not it will cancel the bend stating the foot pedal has been released.
(I haven’t let off) I’m guessing there’s some issue with the switch inside the pedal.

We need instructional videos for our workflow. We all face similar issues. What do the buttons and actions do? The written instructions are like reading a foreign phonebook—just my two cents.
Hi everybody!
New user here.
Machine was delivered on Christmas Eve Eve. Went in to start assembly the following day
Got the stand and material shelves installed then went to work on the back gauge only to notice that 6 bags of hardware were missing so I cleaned up for the day. Sent support an email and no problem, they will send the missing hardware.
Couple days after Christmas when I could go back in, I thought what the heck I’ll do a sample bend without the back gauge, only to find that some of the tooling I had ordered was also missing from the order, specifically the 4 way die holder, so that halted things again. Sent another support email, they’ll get it out.
Well the four way die holders arrived yesterday (still waiting on the back gauge hardware) so I went in today to try that sample bend. Plugged it in, turned it on for the first time, beautiful.
I’m hoping that I’m missing something crazy simple here, but I can’t even get past the ‘Welcome to the Titan 25C Press Brake’ safety prompt. The ‘I understand & agree’ button is greyed out and my touchscreen seems non responsive. I can’t select anything on the screen, the mouse icon will not move. I’m hoping this is something crazy simple I’m missing and not something else wrong with this beautiful piece o’ machinery sitting here.
Anyone else have this problem, or can anyone enlighten me and tell me how to get past the welcome screen
Sounds like your touchscreen is disconnected.
You will want to reach in and make sure the USB is connected to the underside of the touchscreen. It has 3 cables: USB connection to the CPU, HDMI connection to the CPU, and the power cable. One other thing I have seen work is swapping around the USB plugs in the four USB slots on the CPU.
Worst case scenario until you get that figured out - you can plug a mouse into the USB slot in the front of the machine.
Send me a message at the support@langmuirsystems.com email if none of that works and I can work on getting your touchscreen back and sending you a new one.
I received mine the first week of December and once I started assembly I found I was missing a couple things. I called and they said they would send out replacements. I finally received the parts a couple days ago and finished assembly to find out that it doesn’t work. I turn on the titan and it boots up and looks good. I hit home machine and it asks me to confirm i hit yes and then it just says homing doesn’t do anything I let it home for a hour and nothing. I restarted it , I tried everything. I emailed langmuir and I guess they don’t have a clue because they haven’t responded. I kept trying everything so I went to bleed hydraulics and noticed that when I pressed the left side it would run but nothing on the right side. But both the left and right green lights would come on so I knew that the switch was working. So I took the top off and looked in and seen on of the controllers or cpu’s was flashing error 32 . None of the screws had been tighten and the motor cable for the right side was about to fall out. I tighten all the screws that hold the cables in place and restarted the machine. It now works and it will home. The error is gone. Now I have to figure out the back gauge not acting exactly right. I still haven’t received my tooling. Once I get the tooling I hope I don’t have anymore issues.
Hi Bushwacker can you send me a direct message with your email? I don’t see any messages from you on our ticket list. I would be happy to run you through a more involved debugging procedure… For error 32 that is likely a bad connection with the motor.
I was writing up the fix as I read through your message and getting to the end you have solved it. Excellent job.
To solve the issues with your backgauge, I would start by working through this troubleshooting guide I wrote up last week.
