Rough cuts when torch moves from right to left

Im having a small issue when cutting something out but only when the torch is moving right to left.

I mainly cut 1/8in steel or aluminum

everlast 62i

tecmo consumables

70psi cut pressure

40amp

100IPM

Heres a few test squares I cut out. The only difference was rotating the piece 45deg to try and not have any right to left cuts. One i bumped up to 110IPM but still got a jagged edge

on the last one I dropped my amps to 25 and IPM to 60. It was a lot better but lots of dross.

Increase amps to 45, air at torch to 70 psi and cut speed to 170 for 1/8” aluminum.

When you’re cutting parallel to a a table slat below it can have this effect on aluminum.
