I am going to put a Harbor Freight air dryer in line in my air system. Looking for feedback back in where to install it. I live 30 east of Chattanooga, so the humidity get bad in the summer time. I have a 80 Ingersoll Rand compressor with tranny cooler mounted on belt guard and line from air pump going to cooler then water separator then to tank. Then to small desiccant dryer then a bigger desiccant bead housing. The bout 18’ to a 4 leg drop copper manifold then to a Motor Guard filter then to another desiccant dryer before plasma. I have 1’ copper line to past the motor guard filter then plastic ploy flow tubing. I want to put the air dryer in line but not sure where to out it. Would like some feedback on placement. Thanks for the time and feedback

I would install it downstream of your copper cooling piping. The cooler the inlet temperature, the better the reefer will perform.

I appreciate that info, that is what I was thinking but wanted to make sure.
Thanks

you also want to make sure the motor guard is the last filter before the cutter. It will catch any dust coming off the desiccant filters
