Razorweld cut 45 problems

Im having problems with my razorweld cut 45 i think. I got the crossfire pro and plasma cutter in the end of January/beginning of February and it has been amazing until it started to warm up here in wisconsin. It will cut for a littlw while, and then wont pierce or even start the arc. Sometimes the arc will start and go for a few seconds in one spot, then stop and wont cut again.

Thinking moisture was thw issue, i made a water trap out of copper tubing about 30’ long and put a water separation system at the end before a 5’ hose to the cutter. Still having the issue after that and all new consumables.

I did all the THC testing in the fire control softer that it recommends and everything came back all within good parameters.

Whats thw next place to look?

Thank you

What is the air pressure set at supply inlet of plasma cutter? And pressure setting at torch.

The pressure at my regulator on the wall before plasma cutter is about 120. Pressure while cutting should be set at 75 when it was cutting good. But now im seeing that it will run anywhere from 60 to 80 psi.

Either there is crap in regulator or regulator is failing.

I did see some other posts on here saying that the regulators in the razorweld have been known to go bad

At the bottom of this post is a link to purchase the bypass regulator.
