I have the crossfire pro with the razor cut 45. The razor Cut 45 hand torch works fine and the system makes it arc like it should. Only thing I change is hook up a PTM60 Torch for George and I get no arc. I have tried moving my air up and down to see if that works, however still no change. Consumables are brand new. I just am at a wits end. Its got to be something simple I would think but can not find it. Any help would be great help! Thanks everyone.

have you tried the manual torch fire button within firecontrol? if so, do you hear the relay clicking when you press the fire button?
Yep, I can hear the click.
have you tried shorting out the barrel connector on the torch on/off cable that’s hooked up to the cutter? if it doesn’t fire then the machine torch is probably not wired correctly internally.
I did, just air blows and I get no arc.
could be that it’s not pinned correctly. i use a cut60 so the pin configuration might be different than the rw45.
Razorweld and Primeweld are wired the same
did you actually change the consumables?
I had an issue with my PTM60 when i first got it sounds very similar to yours my hand torch worked but PTM wouldnt fire, issue wound up being me trying to using the 60A consumables it came preinstalled with, i swapped to the correct sized consumables for my RW and made sure to not overtighten them when putting them back in and it fired right up, been running like a champ since then,
I was having the same problem. I had the mount too tight. It was deforming the torch barrel and the spring loaded pins were being forced out of contact. Take a look and maybe try using slight pressure on the mount. Careful, I was in Torch fire mode when I was adjusting. I got a pretty good burn. Razor weld on off switch quit working. I need to replace the switch.
