So what about my other questions?
Well I guess it’s more of a regulator than a drier, guess I’ll have to upgrade that. When I drain it I don’t get a huge amount of water, but i do get more than a trickle.
Remove air regulator from your air compressor tank, Install a 3/4" x 36" rubber whip line. Then at from that 3/4" airline ( 1/2" ) minimum into a filter system with regulator from that into Dessicant dryer to motor guard filter to plasma machine. with your set up right now you are starving plasma cutter for air and low cfm flow.
what about the tank itself?
I cut a lot of 11ga with my razorweld. I run 45A at 65 ipm .5 pierce delay. Have fairly elaborate air supply. 150 psi at the last stage 10 lb. Devilbiss desiccant drier and nearly that at the Razorweld. Cuts are beautiful. No dross to speak of. 50 to 75 pierces and 30 to 40 min of cut time per consumable set. Nozzle hole erodes before electrode wears out.
