When starting the cut, it starts well until the second incision is reached, the amperage drops and the arc does not re-ignite, it continues making the path until it collides with the material.
@Acerofarinas Welcome to the forum
What plasma cutter do you have and what Pierce delay is set in your program?
Edit: Again <1minutes of read time ? Bot . @langmuirsystems Can a threshold be set that at less 5 minutes of read time is necessary to post for the first time.
If the op happens to be actually human please take no offense, we’ve had a rash of bots over the last couple months.
Lgk - 100Igbt huayan welder I understand that the problem is when the air compressor starts and does not ignite the arc properly. I lowered the air pressure and was able to finish the cut but with lower quality.
This is from the manual. I am not an electrical engineer but it looks like this is a High-Frequency start. If that is the case, it is not compatible with the Langmuir board and will eventually fry the workings.
Here is part of the manual for your cutter:

It uses a P80 HF torch. So it is a HF plasma cutter and will not work on a Langmuir table.
