Hello
I have a Powermax45 SYNC and I am trying to find out the nozzle diameter of the 2 nozzle cartridges . I need it for the fine cut and the regular cartridge. So I can program them in fusion 360
Any hello is appreciated
Thank you

The cut chart tells you what the kerf size is. You can run some test cuts to confirm this (which also confirms correct cut height).
Nozzle diameter is moot, only kerf matters as well as feedrate.
Fusion asks for nozzle diameter as well as kerf. I just used 1”/25.4mm for the diameter for all nozzles, which I saw as a recommendation here. It works fine and has zero impact on the cutting.
As Kwikfab stated, the kerf is what really matters.
I enter the kerf width for the nozzle diameter too so if you choose to do a simulation in Fusion it shows up correctly.
