I’m pretty happy with how this index, these are two full length cuts joining together. Cannot figure out why the cut widths are different though, nothing in the CAM is different???

If you’ve broken the original shape into halves, then maybe one side was cut with an inside cut while the other was cut with an outside cut. Looks to be kerf width offset.
Agreed that’s what it looks like, but its not. Both cuts were same compensation, same direction of travel and same kerf width… it’s weird.
It’s so weird that I would challenge that. Check it out more thoroughly. Seriously, I can’t see any other explanation for the behavior you’re seeing.
