I cut a lot of flat sheet material, including aluminum and structural plastics. Almost always unpredictable stock dimensions and lots of material changes.
I want a plug and play setup so in can quickly change out material and be cutting in like 90 seconds. I’ve already learned some stuff that will show up up in V3, but im gonna live with this one for a while. The hold downs are are from V1 and they are weak. V2 hold downs will stress rigidity from all sides.
The board is 1/2 inch HDPE.
Dog holes are 3/4 and 1/2 inch.
The black guide are acrylic.
The black pegs are delrin.
Comercial dog pegs are 1 inch tall so i need to face off about about 1/2 inch on those.
