I wish I was in OK. Bought a car in OKC once when we lived in Houston. Portland is killing my brain (weather, politics, riots, etc.). Guess that’s why we’re always working in the shop or playing in the mountains.
I like it here, except the tornados are a pain. I wish I was closer to the mountains, I have to drive to Colorado a few times a year to go camping.

getting jealous! I am out of the office from the 16th - 4th and was really hoping my table will ship and arrive safely by then. I had visions of AM coffee and PM beers while setting up, dialing in and becoming proficient with the table over my long break from my day job.
Still only my accessories (CPC cable and machine torch mount) have shipped - via USPS so that is a crapshoot when they might even arrive given how flaky USPS seems as of late. I’ve had 2 day priority mail shipments take nearly 3 weeks to arrive.

My box #3 label is showing tracking now, ETA this Saturday via UPS. However, my box #2 label (USPS) still shows nothing (“Preshipment”). Tell me I’m not getting box 3 before box 2!
USPS is an absolute mess right now. I’ve had some recent shipments take weeks to arrive when they should have been 2 day priority mail. Good luck!

Update here.
It’s confusing, because one of my shipments was not part of the 3 main boxes. Apparently the THC is alone. So when Langmuir’s shipping notifications say box 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, that’s just the main PRO box numbers, anything else is not part of the 3.
I say this because I thought I was getting box #2 today and I’m not. My order of receiving these will be box #1 (frame), then the THC alone, box #3 (gussets & water table), box #2 (electronics/hardware). And here I thought I’d have a really fun weekend…darn it!
@fosterelli - What’s your order number? I’m 185xx and hoping to start receiving shipments this month.
I have shipping notification on all 3 boxes now. Box 1 got here Tuesday night, box 3 will be here tomorrow and box 2 is waiting for UPS to pick it up, hopefully I get it all by next weekend.

My only beef is that everything has now arrived as of this evening, other than box #2…the one with the hardware for me to build my table. I was hoping to build the table prior to the rest of the stuff coming. No such luck. Too bad the frame & water table don’t come with their hardware. It’d be nice to be waiting only on the electronics…and thus be ready to roll that much sooner. I could’ve also accomplished my water system & plumbing (and even added a lower shelf) while waiting.
Looks like Wednesday is my day though - so I should shut up and stop whining. Especially since I know there are others who will still be waiting “patiently” for theirs to start shipping. Have a good weekend y’all.

I wish the hardware was arriving tomorrow instead of the water also. But i cant do much since i just ordered my plasma cutter today. I figured if i waited to order it until all the table was on the way i would not rush the assembly. I should be ready to start the assembly next weekend. I can’t complain since it will only be 91 days from order to delivery of all parts… That seems like one of the shorter wait times ive seen so far.

It’s all here. Ordered 8/15 and have everything as of 12/14 (121 days). A couple hours into the build and here’s where I am. Stalled out because my argon tank ran dry right when I started my tac welds on the water table. Booo. Oh well, tomorrow should be fun once I get back from the welding store. The wood shims on the feet are temporary for level, getting some adjustable casters. The slope on my garage floor is legit. It took me several hours to level the table I built for my CNC router (not on casters).

Looking good! The argon always seems to run out at the worst possible times! I keep a small bottle of C-25 as a spare, definitely have been thinking of getting a small bottle of argon too.
Still no tracking info on my order #184xx - I am coming to terms with the realization that my table won’t be arriving before Christmas.

My last box is at the local UPS location and should be delivered today. To bad I am still waiting on my plasma cutter to get here, guess I should not have waited so long to order it.

Once I started seeing order numbers directionally close to mine I ordered my Hypertherm 45XP w/Machine Torch (088121) on Thanksgiving…it finally arrived on the 10th. It was backordered and the date kept sliding. Fingers crossed for you! Hyper4less (R&M Welding) definitely had the best prices out there.

Sorry to hear you aren’t getting it before Christmas, but I’m pulling for you to receive it before 2021!
I have plasma envy on you and anyone else with the 45XP & machine torch. I already owned the Powermax30 XP so I couldn’t justify upgrading…at least not yet! Most of my cuts will be in the 10-14 gauge range so I should be happy for now. That doesn’t last long for me…so maybe I will sell something I don’t use often enough and bite the bullet.
I will say Langmuir’s instructions are really good, as is the packaging. However, there are a few things they could’ve explained better, or provided a better picture of, or even labeled the main frame parts with simple stickers. I had to really concentrate a couple of times (which shouldn’t be necessary if it’s explained/demonstrated/labeled properly). I can see now why many people placed parts in the wrong spot. Their pain was my gain though, I was extra cautious thanks to them. Even still, it is going together perfectly and Langmuir has so far been top notch in quality and craftsmanship.

OK guys i have been waiting for this day !!! The hardest thing i have had to do was put in the correct electrical wiring for my new toy. Since my original breaker box is from the 1960’s it cost a few bucks for the new breakers but that being said all of the wiring is up to code (far more than what is expected). So i got to fire up the girl and run my first cuts. It will take a little fussing with the speeds but then again what else do you do in the winter time with snow dropping in all around you? Doug

So today I finally got a shipping notification for box 3 (water pan and gussets). Tracking is showing January 4th for delivery. Guessing it will be mid January before the other boxes (box 1,2 and THC) ship and arrive based on others experiences.
