mine is 25545 got a email saying preparing 2 boxes for shipment a week ago
25522, just waiting for the frame and the plasma cutter. my was order was promised for May shipping. already have water table, electronics and THC
Anyone to have any idea where they are at on orders for the crossfire Pro at this current time?

I have no idea, But IT"S FINALLY JUNE!!!. I’ve been waiting and learning and drawing. I’m looking forward to cutting. 
25545 ships in may it’s now June and I still only have water pan and a THC.

You might toss a polite note to Support to see if the remaining pieces shipped out on Friday (May 28). Could be they did that but UPS isn’t updated yet since yesterday was a holiday.
last box we got notified on our phones about 5 in the afternoon had the shipping number for a week before that. We got a tracking number for the next 2 boxes over a week ago. that number still isn’t working. I would have liked to have gotten the plasma cutter first but nothing on that yet.
They may be in transit then. Langmuir posted last year during the notification delays for the Pro that they batch all the shipments each week on one or more pallets. The label faces outward so the driver can scan each one on the pallet but the UPS driver was only scanning one or two at the top. All the others just showed up at the delivery destination. UPS may still be doing that. Support can confirm it left the building and find out what’s happened to it from UPS.
Well got another box today electronics no shipping notice couple hours after it was delivered got a delivered at front door notice. The table still shows preparing to ship so it could be here tomorrow at this rate. Still nothing on the plasma cutter.

I got a shipping email from Langmuir today. and a tracking number for box 2. My order number is very high 255xx. Down side is box 2 is worthless without another box. I was hoping the water table would show first, so that I could weld it up.
Order 256xx here, just got notification today that box 2 has shipped
Just got confirmation on the water table.
Who was the last one to get the frame? I need that (frame) and the Razorweld plasma cutter
Electronics and hardware was delivered today, got notice that the watertable has shipped today
My order # is 252xx had a May ship date. Still waiting on box 1of3 which is the frame. Not bothered by missing the May date for all my boxes, I know there are a lot of materials and shipping issues these days and hopefully they are doing the best they can.
I am still waiting on Box 1 Frame, Plasma 45, and Laptop stand. I have received Box 2, 3, and THC. LMS has officially dropped the ball as i would expect i would at least have tracking numbers by now. The question about expectations above; i would say are not met at this point.
Order number 254XX emailed them and they said Box 1 the Frame is expected to ship next week or the week after at the very latest. So far customer service has been very quick to get back with me and even ship replacement parts after I messed up one of them mig welding it.

I’m order number 25252 And my expected ship date was May obviously. I spoke to customer service and they said box one should be shipping out early next week. You guys have to remember that it says expected ship date not guaranteed. Every time I’ve emailed customer service they’ve been very friendly and helpful and I’m sure they’re doing everything they can, It’s hard enough to find materials let alone a solid workforce right now. so I’m sure we could give these guys a break, You knew the risk of ordering a back ordered product.

That is good to hear. I am not in a big rush so i have not even reached out to LMS CS. I am a little disappointed that i do not have all items by now but i also recognize the efforts LMS is putting forward. I hope i get a tracking number for the remainder of my items soon. However the first email of shipment information did say that the plasma and accessories could be delayed further out. So those items i did not expect quite yet. I did expect Box 1 though. I have Box 2 and 3 so only need Box 1 to get started assembling.
