Just got my Crossfire Pro. Did some 2x2 practice squares and they cut perfectly. Two days later, I tried a bigger project and the torch did not start the cuts correctly. Went back to the same G-code 2x2 square and it will not start the cuts correctly on them either. All the couplers are tight and everything is square. What else could be my problem?

It’s hard to say? I find the description you gave a little too vague to start diagnosing.
What plasma cutter are you using?
This hard start has the characteristics of either a solenoid or regulator problem.
I have the razorweld 45
If you do have good consumables. I would start looking at the internal regulator and solenoid of your razer weld.

Are you connecting your work clamp (ground clamp) directly to the material being cut?

If you’re consumables are in good shape it’s going to be one of the internals I mentioned in the razor weld
how would i go about checking them?
