I have just assembled my new crossfire pro. What lubricant should I use for the axis screw threads? Also, what is the recommended water additive i should use?

I like to use silicone spray on the rails and lead screws. Lot of people will also recommend three in one oil for the lead screws.
There’s several recommendations for the water additive. Sterling cool is one of the favorite around here.
