Well, it’s either that or something clogged along the air-way… though no idea what could be, my air is (minus humidity) clean as a whistle.

Its the solenoid. It is not opening 100%.
If your using rubber air hose I have seen the inner lining come lose and cause a air restriction. May be something to check also.

It’s all pneumatic intended hose.
I would still check all my lines just to be sure. I have also seen an o-ring from the couplers pop out and plug up the air fittings.

Will do. All my filters are clean, so whatever it is should still be relatively whole.

Went ahead and upgraded my desiccant and replaced my motorguard filter, going to reduce the number of filtration systems between the tank and the plasma cutter, in case that’s killing flow any…

You can temporarily bypass all the filters and see if it fixes the issue. Hate to see you spend all this money when its the plasma cutter.

They already sent the replacement solenoid and it’s installed. My tiny 3 stage reg/filter/desiccant was not enough anyways, and I didn’t need the extra regulator creating restriction.
Think I’m just going to go comp tank → Truflate Des → Motorguard until I can afford a refrig dryer between the comp tank and the filters.
