I just got my new XR assembled and found that the included razorweld 45 was missing the cable that connects it directly to the THC module. I have the long one that goes to the torch on/off, and it came with 2 male endpieces that I can attach to the cord that came with the THC to make it work. The only problem is that I have no idea which is which. The connector has #1&2 labeled spots to connect, and there’s a red and black wire. Anyone else have this issue? I really don’t want to guess…
If you have the CPC connector on the back of the plasma cutter, you would need to purchase or make/modify the cable. That table comes with the pigtails for direct wiring in your cutter. This link should help with the wiring of the pigtails:
Once you get the pigtails wired in your cutter, they will plug into the VIM box sent with the table:
You will want to only use the connections on the “Raw Voltage” side of the VIM box.

Here is another link for wiring RazorWeld for the torch on/off wires:

I am only guessing since I don’t have your cutter but perhaps this photo represents a connection on the cutter:
If it does, Pin 1 indicates it is the the positive (+) which will be the connection to the work lead (sometimes erroneously referred to as “ground clamp”) and Pin 2 indicates it is the negative (-) or torch.
