hi Kendar did you ever find out what the problem was. im having exact same problem and have tried everything in the discussion but still no luck. also the touch is fine but just the same as you with black screen. any response would be fine thanks
My screen went black also with the PC purchased from Langmuir. The touchscreen was still good. Ended up buying one from Amazon and it has worked great. I still have to make a mount for it because it is not the same as the Langmuir.

thanks guyt699, yeah i ended up using my laptop and sent email about the issue on the 5th but haven’t heard back from langmuir. did you get refund?
I did not. Mine was out of warranty. I ran mine off of my laptop as well until my Amazon replacement came in.
ok, yeah mine is brand new. not sure if it’s worth trying to even deal with getting refund. that thing can’t’ be worth much.
