I have never bought from this supplier and I have no idea how much LS charges for there replacement couplers but I found these that look like a direct replacement for a fairly good price. Sorry if this has been posted before.

That looks nearly identical to the couplers that we use so totally fine to use them if you order from MSC. If you’re looking to order through us, replacement couplers would be $6.50 each or free if within warranty.

That’s a way better deal! Is there a spare part section to the online store I am missing?
We don’t have the couplers on the store yet but if you email us through support or give us a call, we can make a custom order for them.
