This should be what you are looking for. Haven’t put mine on yet. Actually, after looking again, the one shown by BD is more directed than the ones I got.
Thank you. I might get this and then print one. If i do i will post it for you.
I’ll wake this thread up. Why do you like it? What/how/when do you use it?
Has anybody used a mist coolant system. I know a really good amateur machinist that thinks it works way better with aluminum than flood cooling. And way less messy.

Just flows better. You don’t have to keep aiming it. Nice wide 1" flow.
As for the mist system. I use one on my Bridgeport and like it. I’m not a believer that its better than flood coolant system.
Just less messy.
I use a fog buster type system (mist that doesn’t fog) on my MR-1. The air nozzle speed is quite high which evacuates chips very well. It leaves just a light film of lubricant which makes for really easy cleanup.
I had an almost identical flood coolant system to the Langmuir one on my last CNC machine and I find the mist at least as effective and a whole lot cleaner. Flood coolant also turns into a real mess if you don’t use a machine for a while, but most has no problem with it.
