MR1 computer setup

Tomorrow I have to help my cousin setup his mr1. As of now hes at the computer setup, he bought the touch screen from langmuir. Im fairly good at windows installs but wanted to check with everyone to seevif theres any caveats or tips i should know about? Also what os does those touch screens run, im assuming windows 11?

My computer had a fuss downloading the cut works file something to do with security due to the file extension, so I changed the file extension to .pdf (anything will work) and then after it downloaded I changed it back to the original extension and it installed just fine.
