Mr-1 tech support (spindle problem)

I was curious if anybody else is having trouble getting tech support to return emails? I have sent them multiple emails over the past few days about what sounds like a spindle bearing problem after only 2 weeks of machine useage. I have sent videos as well, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like it depends on the issue. I had a couple simple issues, they replied right away and sent replacement parts the next day. But been reading of people waiting a couple weeks.

In my experience, they respond in 3 to 4 business days. In the meantime, there is a thread about the belt adjustment, don’t know if it applies to you. Spindle Break in sound - Solved

My first ticket was serviced and a replacement part was sent out the same day. The second ticket took 4 business days to get a response.

They took care of me in just a few hours. Thank you.
