Missing parts for Pro

I’m missing 2 legs for a recently purchased Crossfire Pro. I’d like to get them replaced but I can’t find a phone number and the email support page ‘doesn’t exist’. Any suggestions on how I might be able to get some support?

I tried 4 times with no success. Keeps coming up with ‘This page is not working’. Can’t see any other way to get their attention.
