Howdy , I’ve had my crossfire pro for a couple years now . With problems no bigger than what i couldn’t figure out , last night my computer Lenovo laptop , lost communication with the control box , and I can’t seem to figure it out any help would be appreciated . Also noticed where you plug in the usb input the magic little green light isn’t shining anymore if that helps . Thanks in advance

have you tried a different USB cable or port?

if a different usb cable doesn’t fix it, then the mainboard board probably went out.
I would also try another laptop/computer if changing cables doesn’t work.

With the USB plugged in to the control box and computer, and the control box powered off, are there any lights on on the control box? Green light around the USB port?

Yes there was the three light s below. Inside box , it was the usb input cord . Which at first inspection looked ok . Thank you

Thank you guys for the rapid responses and welcomes . It freaked me out , and you were absolutely right . I jacked the wife’s scanner cord cause it looked close and vuala !! Thank you again . !!
