Live Voltage THC Test Result too low (2.75v in, 0.0v out) (SOLVED)

I have been going back and forth lately with issues with my machine lately.

First I was having a no fire/no relay clicking. That was resolved with a new board and relay (old relay tested okay).

Now when I try to use the THC, I get a result 0.5v on the screen.

When I test it with my meter, before the THC box I get a voltage of 2.75v (see video). https://youtube.com/shorts/bKWQ1duH83c

When I test the output of the box, it is showing 0.0v. I ordered a new THC Nano chip and received the same results. https://youtube.com/shorts/agycSyU6Tfk

Is there anything else I can test before I order a new VIM box?

The only other thing would be to test the output at the Div Ouput of the VIM without the use of the cable, to eliminate the possibility that the cable or barrel plug is bad.

If there is voltage in to the VIM and no voltage out, the VIM is likely bad.

I am happy to report that a new VIM box took care of the issue. I am now getting 130v when doing the THC test.
