Licensing Mach3 Full Version - Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these steps to use your registration code to obtain and install your Mach3 license:

  1. Receive your registration code in an email from Langmuir Systems
  2. Go to www.machsupport.com/cart
  3. Enter your code in the “Enter coupon or registration code” field
  4. Click “APPLY CODE”, then “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”
  5. Enter details to create an account with Newfangled Solutions
  6. Newfangled Solutions will send an email with a download link
  7. Click the link to download your license
  8. Navigate to your downloads folder and identify the license file (it should be named Mach1Lic.dat)
  9. Drag and drop the license file into the Mach3 folder on your computer (the same folder that has CrossFire-v1.1)

Follow these steps if you have already used your registration code and need a new copy of your license, or if you get the “Download limit has been exceeded” error message when you click the download link:

  1. Go to www.machsupport.com
  2. Log into your account
  3. Click the tab near the top of the screen that says “MY ACCOUNT”
  4. Click the large red button that says “MANAGE MY LICENSES”
  5. Click the red button that says “RESEND/EMAIL LICENSE”
  6. Newfangled Solutions will send an email with a new download link
  7. Click the link to download your license
  8. Navigate to your downloads folder and identify the license file (it should be named Mach1Lic.dat)
  9. Drag and drop the license file into the Mach3 folder on your computer (the same folder that has CrossFire-v1.1)

If you followed these instructions correctly, Mach3 should display your name on top where it used to say “Demo”. If you have any questions or need help with this process, reach out to us at support@langmuirsystems.com
