yes it is the coolant line for the choke.

That is crazy amazing: I never thought to actually model the parts that already existed. I should have because that is how the torch clip/pointer was made.

Ingenious!!! Thank you for taking that extra time to make the graphic presentation.

I tried to do this when I’m fitting theoretical pieces to real pieces. Has worked favorably for me in the past.

why not just put a cable bellcrank on the carb and move the throttle cable from the firewall mount to the carb?

That would have been an great option for sure.

I decided to take a less conventional and readily available route.

is that in a Hilux or an 80’s pickup? looks like a 20R to me. i think the linkage bracket in my '74 Chinook is the same.

I want a Hilux so hard… So stupid that chickens caused them to be banned from import to the US. I want my 2018 Taco TRD OR but with a 4banger turbodiesel and no DEF plzkthx.

Autodesk fusion and maker world parametric support.

This is very cool being able to post an F3D to makersworld with parametric control.

@Bigdaddy2166 they finally came out with a version for you

I like it, but I’m wondering how much. You know, I fought the whole 3D printer thing for many years. I have to say that it is one great tool.

one of you guys needs to step up and get one of these

We could take bets on it. I would say @Craig1 is at the top of my list but Craig (@holla2040) is always surprising us with new acquisitions.

Now I know a lot of us would love to have access to something like that.

Then there is the guy who said “I have no need for a 3D printer@Bigdaddy2166. He might just be our pioneer! :sunglasses:

Jim geting this would move you to the top in here, but it would be lonely all by yourself!

I’ve been shopping for a replacement for my voron, don’t tempt me… though I wouldn’t doubt the pricetag is going to be somewhere around $4k

And now another new offering coming to the table from bambu?!

With a wireless tool changing system.

They are sure coming out with a lot of product.

Edit. That is way slicker than multi-head or multi nozzle.

Ohhhhh my, I am onboard with that one. Should have at that point got rid of the dual nozzle head with that type of change system.

Still want the CMYK printer though.

I am now VERY glad I held out on the H2D. For less than the base model H2D I can get the laser module H2S, hopefully the Vortek system can be retroactively installed, since it’s not sposed to come out till later this year.

Wondering how it will pull / disconnect the filament before storing a nozzle…

Also, the device in the video was a dual nozzle system, but the nozzle change system was only on one side. So H2D users are stuck with only 1 nozzle that’s swappable?

You would only need one nozzle to swap out anyways. As far as cutting the filament, it will probably use the existing system to cut the filament off before the purge.

Clip the filament, drop the nozzle go grab the next nozzle.

meanwhile the AMS is retracting the filament, then feed correct filament in for that nozzle, preheats, and just goes. No purging, just keep running.
