Jagged lines during cuts

Hello,

CrossfirePRO

Razorweld cut 45

I recently purchased the crossfire pro a few months ago. Haven’t really had any issues up until this point. During the cuts, it is now cutting jagged lines and throwing off the whole piece. I have attached photos to look at. Just to recap, last week the machine wouldn’t Arc. I called razorweld and after a bunch of troubleshooting it was the regular in the plasma cutter. I was sent a part and replaced it but now I am getting these jagged lines. Prior to the arc going out, the final cuts on a couple pieces were off about 1/4 inch. I didn’t want to make a new topic but haven’t had any luck finding answers. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Have you cut this file before?

What program are you using F360, sheetcam…..?

If you move the cut area to a different part of the table does it have the same error?

When you say to “Throws the whole part off” Are you saying the metal is moving? If the metal is moving that means the plasma tip is dragging on the metal.

Have you checked lead screw couplers for slippage, screws on couplers tight?

If your cuts don’t line up as far as start and end points, your lead screw to motor couplers are slipping.
