Stick now and wrapping sand paper around a sawzall blade to get in the tight areas. The picks are with sand able fill primer. Stay tuned it might be awhile though I get distracted easily.
Nice work.
Did you buy the flat or the 3D model from Etsy?
Today’s project: Tearing into my PrimeWeld CUT60 to fix an air leak. Removal of 38 screws and a bunch of trim hardware reveals a beautifully made piece of equipment. Easy fix, replace the piece of air tubing (the blue one) and all is good again. now to put all 38 screws back in!
Generally, it is costumery and good form to either be short one screw or to have a few left over. Just giving you the benefit from my experience. No thanks is necessary.
Been playing with this one for few days. Sign is 18" tall x 46" wide. 1/2" 3d printed letters with 1/4’ threaded inserts. 16ga steel backer. Fun project for a friend.
Oh come on it’s not that bad 5 min job tops

@ds690 LOL! You made me pause with that annotated screen shot. I was looking for a fallen stick figure man in the referenced post!
dangit, this forum eludes me sometimes
Knowing you have a problem is the first step…
It’s a problem with this type of thread. You get people scrolling through years of posts and replying to something from a year ago. If they do it correctly, you can see the person they are replying to, but have no idea what post they are talking about. It would be helpful if they quoted the post or at least described the post they were relying to.
You click on the avatar being replied to and it will show you the post being commented on.
Sorry, @Phillipw I messed up your reply with an incorrect edit…
I did this same set up on the XR. But I mounted to the plastic shield that goes up and down with the torch, and did not think about that effecting the cross hairs depending on the torch height.
