I like Inkscape. Its free, and literally hundreds of YouTube videos to teach me how to use it. Been having great results so far.
Not really my regular cup of tea but a friend asked me to cut out some woodland fairies for her. 16 Ga.
Wasn’t too sure how the fine and fiddly cuts would turn out but did some playing around with Fusion and gave it a shot. My Miller 375 extreme with the Crossfire XL did a pretty darn good job I think.
Will add that to my repertoire. Mothers Day is coming
Very nice work. I would blame it on the woman also lol. Joking of course.
And here’s one that’s more my speed
Had to fix up a couple of things that happened with the trailer(my fault of course)
But I think I just found a new series to do!
Very Nice
Did you create or purchase the Hardware file?
Any chance of getting hold of the file?
Latest project here, I’m converting a brand new, 2-Ton Engine Hoist into a Shop-Crane. Getting too old to be lifting heavy stuff in the shop. Basically I’m mounting a 12V 2000lb winch on my engine hoist. Will post some pics when it’s done. Power will be supplied by an on-board 100AH Automotive battery. Charging system will be Battery Tender Plus. Was considering building a gantry crane in the shop, but that was getting cost prohibitive to do it right. Plus, the rig I’m building will be a lot more versatile.
Theoretically speaking…
I’m planning on that for the new shop. Haven’t looked into the costs yet.
Got a sweet deal on this Cherry Picker on Friday last… and,it adds some RED to the color-scheme in the shop too:rofl:
Just waiting on the winch and other bits to arrive. But the 5" tip pulley/cable-guide and winch-mount mod is done
The winch and battery are going down on the base?
Good thing you’re expanding your shop!
The footprint on those lifts are misleading. Every time I set mine up I always curse the fold down supports as they always seem to be in just the wrong place. I was doing some rock moving a couple of weeks ago and had the lift precariously balanced and supported with only one support because my rock sled needed to be right next to the load. I gave the setup a very wide berth once the rock was airborne!
Got my little blue 3 in 1 Amazon bender on Friday too. It arrived with the bottom cross-member broken (cast-iron). The seller is sending me a whole new machine and insurance will cover the shipping costs. This little sucker is HEAVY!
I think he posted earlier (couldn’t find it myself) that it came in a package of files he bought and made slight mods to it.
That is a serious break. On the other hand, that looks like one crappy casting!
Those darn high seas shipping into TT!
would love to know some details on that thing…what it is called on amazon…
Here yuh go!
Grizzly has the same machine under their “Shop Fox” label
Probably because someone discovered it breaks too easily…
