i have problem with my table was cutting perfectly for weeks and hours same day till this thing show up torch will pierce and shut off poping this error any idea>?clap hooked to plate and new all consumables cutter powermax 125

Did you already try what the message tells you to try?
Are you cutting he same part, on the same material with the same settings you’ve used in the past?

everything is same same material same amp speed pierce delay heihgs 100% same file

and this is in midle of cut just stoped working half way if i start restarting it will cut until next pierce and stop

Either pierce delay is too short, try bumping it up .5 second, or you no longer have THC voltage. Try turning off THC and see if program will run. If so, check all THC connections from the plasma power unit to the control box, to the torch, or just leave it off and go.
Those are my most common problems.
