Is it possible to mill angled holes?

New here, new to CNC machining but not to traditional machining. How would one use the MR-1 to drill angled holes? Say for example I would like to drill a 3/8" hole that is at 55 degrees to my slab of steel. Is there, for example, a way to rotate the spindle assembly? Do I have to make a jig to clamp down at an angle and drill my object? I know the old milling machines can rotate but I am not sure how this would achieve that.

You would need to fixture your part at an angle, the spindle is rigidly mounted

Use a toolmakers sine vise. You can get them pretty cheap used, and even the Chinese ones are surprisingly well made.

I use the vise I pulled off my EDM for this purpose.
