I’ve got an Everlast PowerPlasma 50S with a CNC port, which includes pinouts for an “Arc OK” aka “OK to Move” signal. I believe Mach3 supports it, but does the LS controller? Is there any value to doing this? Beyond making the connections (I’d replace the barrel connector with another connector supporting additional leads), what other configuration changes might be needed in Mach3?

You will have to modify you electronics to get your inputs to work.

But in a nutshell.
36v to 12-24v Voltage regulator.
Add some wires and connector in the control box.
2 wires out to plasma. One being ground out and other being ground return for signal.
Activate THC in Mach3.
Run program.
