I have been using inkscape and sheetcam together since Sept of ‘25 with no issues. However yesterday, I have 3 files that will not open/showup on sheetcam. I can open files I made before these and files I’ve made after. I’ve closed both applications, multiple times, I have restarted my PC. I confirmed they are in the correct format of SVG. I’m at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes this is due to ‘layer names’ in the file. They’ll show up as distinct layers in your JOB and need to be enabled to be visible.
Thanks for your reply, and sorry for my ignorance, but how do I fix this?
In the main window, click on the View→Layer tool
This will show a new window on the side called ‘Layers’. You should see a layer for each color or layer type listed. If any of those are unchecked, Check them and you will see them appear in your job. If they are unchecked, they won’t be processed.
No layers show up on the left side at all.
Perhaps some more clarity on what you mean by they won’t open.
Does the file appear the file explorer window when you hit “import drawing”?
If the file appears and you click to select it, does the file name appear as a “part” in the upper left?
Does the file appear as a part, but no drawing shows on the screen?
Posting your JOB file would help us diagnose this quicker.
I don’t know what’s going on with that file, but I can’t make it work in Sheetcam. I even tried making a bitmap copy and tracing it and it still shows blank. I tried to create an operation and there is no layer.
It’s an SVG with one group of 5 objects (probably paths) but there is Fill, but no Strokes defining the outline. Relatively easy to fix.
The attached file won’t open in sheet cam for me, it opens as a part without layers. But if I open it in Inkscape, then export it as a plan SVG, it works just fine in sheet cam. My guess is when you exported it the first time you did something different.
Nothing I design ever has a stroke, a stroke is for sure not a requirement.
Which ‘attached’ file?
Sorry, I mean the one @DNWGrunt attached to his post. That won’t open in sheet cam as we all saw. But, opening it in Inkscape, then doing nothing other than just exporting it as an SVG, then putting that in sheetcam, works perfectly.
