Should the IHS light be active in lower left of fire control with THC active ,having a problem with torch going out and setting alarm.changed consumables,Everlast 62i ,dry air through quincy air dryer then motor guard. seems like the nozzle gets too far away.cut hight set at .060 in sheet cam. any help would be great .
it should only light up when the torch touches off. you neet to lower torch holder

Problem solved - IHS light was on all the time and caused all kinds of issues .started with loosing torch fire during cuts ,then no IHS activity .Ended up being one of the brass switch contacts out of position right side wire was loose and caused it to shift over enough to break contact .
