High voltage reading

I have a crossfire pro with a Razorweld 45. Keep getting this alarm. Any thoughts on what I did wrong would be appreciated

Did it work before and suddenly started failing?

And did you follow the instruction in the error message? (Check the VIM wiring)

No its the first time trying to cut a part. Yes it is wired correctly

Is it connected correctly, in case it is indeed wired correctly?

Use the THC flowchart to easily diagnose.

So to be clear you did as it said and disconnected the IHS cable and you are still getting the same alarm?

How did you determine that?

It doesn’t make much sense from a troubleshooting standpoint. How can something with only a small amount of voltage going through it, cause such a huge resting voltage reading?

Pictures of the connections at the VIM and the electronics enclosure would confirm that you actually have it wired correctly. I’ve seen lots of people claim to have it wired correctly, when they do not.

Sorry the wiring was backwards on the VIM during this reading. I have different treads and got this one mixed up ill delete that comment so it don’t confuse people
