I was having the exact same issue as you are experiencing. I purchased one of these USB Isolator 1KV CNC UC-100 Ground Loop Eliminator Bullet Proof Protection | eBay and hooked it up about a week ago. I have had no issues since.

@mikep93 @Phillipw @langmuir-zachary @Kwikfab the previous picture i sent in regards to putting some numbers on the smart voltage. All i did was restore defaults. Since then i have been recording videos to see if it does it again. And fortunately it has not! Even on warped 10 guage it has cut awesome. The numbers it changed were to .20 offset and distance to .20. Weird since i never mess with settings

Nah, I’ve got too much work to do now that I’m retired! 
One recommendation would be to adjust the torch in the mount. There should be a extra hole to move the one clamp. It is best to clamp on the silver part. It may not be your issue but clamping low down can restrict the electrode from moving.
