So I was having an issue when probing. I noticed I could move the mill in the x and z axis. But anytime it moved in the y axis it would activate the test lights. So I played around and tried to isolate the probe from as much as I could. Any way I removed the probe from the spindle and the issue went away. So I 3d printed an isolator tube ⅜" id and ½" od. Put it back in and ran a probe cycle and it worked. Not sure what going on, but had one guy say he had the same issue and it ended up being a bad y motor. I say whatever it’s working for now, but I I tested the probe in three different orientations and still hit my x and y.
