Having trouble with a file

I am attempting to make a sign for my BIL of his current company patch. Fusion was very slow after I loaded the SVG. So I went to Inkscape and found out there were thousands of nodes. So I simplified the image to reduce the amount of nodes. Now in fusion I need to make a cuttable file out of it. I posted the FD3 so you can see what I mean. Any help is greatly appreciated. I am still learning all of this

A CO 1-25TH AB.f3d (547.8 KB)

I’m out in the shop cutting right now but when I get back in out of the cold I can go over this file.

I was looking in to this on my twitch stream this morning.

could you post the original image used?

The best image I could find on the internet was a patch so it wasn’t very clear.

Oh wow prefect I will definitely be able to make that work.

Both my kids are home sick we are hanging out watching TV I could stream how to do this but I would have my sound off and running music instead of narrating.

Give me a few minutes and I’ll figure it out.

No mic today but we will walk through turning this image above into a cuttable file.

Wow. You are awesome tinwhisper. I will watch the videos later tonight. That is awesome. I will open it up in fusion and let you know how it turns out within the next couple days. I did just plan to make it a one cut design. That 3 piece is slick. Thank you so much for the help

@TinWhisperer. Thank you so much for all the time and work you put into this for me. I really appreciate it. You are one of the reasons this forum is so great. I am trying to follow your streams and duplicate what you did. It may take me a little while before I post any updates. You should definitely post them to YouTube also. Thanks again Tin.
