I’ve been having some trouble with my work probe not accurately finding the origin correctly. when I flip my parts for the 2nd op and touch off, my chamfers are off by about 10 thou. I have set the runout with my 0.0001in indicator and there’s maybe 0.0002in of runout. but when I fond X and Y with a standard wiggler they line up perfect. I was wondering if anyone has used a Haimer and an analog tool setter in their machines and the process to do it.

Yeah, i saw someone mention it. I think the only downside (other than cost) is size. It eats up some Z, for sure.
Agree on both. I’ve found the probe to be accurate when bore probing, so I use it for that a lot. But if I’m trying to zero in a single axis I’m just using an edge finder. Haimer is not really worth it for me.
