Here is another idea to consider (all pierce delays are made the same with this post processor)

Pierce delay needs to be long on 1st cut but short on all other

Here’s my Fusion360 Post-process file that enables first and subsequent pierce delays. It was driving me crazy enough to want to change my plasma cutter! Rename it to .cps to import it. FireControl-v1.7-fed.txt (18.7 KB)
