I get that this is an old post, but it was something I was actually looking for only to instantly spiral from some unexpected ignorance on a forum I expected to be filled with customizers and craftsmen. With a name like imahotrodder it’s kind of sound like they don’t know what a hot rod is… This was a well done mod jpep. Ignore the posers.
That said, any tips on making adjustments in the software or is that locked out?
If you don’t have limit switches, there is no software limitations on the table size.
If you have limit switches, you’ll need to reset your soft limits to reflect the actual X axis travel.
I purchased a table thats supposed to cut 48 inches. I got on that cuts 47.75…
If this bracket was pivoted from the yellow position to the green position you would gain a bit. Turn off the soft limits and you will easily be past 48 inches.
Or slot it and move straight back. That’s pretty easy to fix that problem
