In Fireshare, is it possible to add a feature that a contributor receives a comment on when of their designs there is a notification. It could be an email to their registered email address, a flag on the design on their dashboard page or another method.

I took a swing at getting some FireShare improvements a couple years ago .
Basically Zero Interest
Now comparing FireShare to Bambu labs makerworld which is about two years old. The difference in features, content and community involvement is astonishing.
Would love to see FireShare get some much needed improvements. its current state doesn’t encourage as much use as I feel it should be getting.

Do you think it is because the web designers are stretched too thin, not a high priority for the big picture or another reason?
I know it is easy to complain. But, I feel that those of us that are complaining about FireShare also contribute.
I could see FireShare be a great place for setting up contests. Introduce the contest in the forum. As Tin has tried several times. Post your design on FireShare and the winner will get a Langmuir hat as decided by the likes.
But as you already alluded to, you can’t edit your submissions in FireShare. I always have mistakes/improvements so I need the ability to change things.
Yes. It could be so much more.
